YAHWEH OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, Part 2 (cont.)

Please consider, in a time of debt, would you spend more money to solve the problem? Is that how we eliminate debt? Whoever heard of solving a debt problem by huge, increased spending? Bailouts? Meaning more spending? Spending more to decrease debt? No, we don't handle our own money (credit/debt) that way, and neither can the government benefit by so doing (Remember, there's no "money." It's all credit, which is debt). But, think about it. Solving the debt problem is not their goal. Their goal is increased debt to bring the whole structure down. They want to bring it all to ruin and disaster in this nation, and apparently world wide, until we cry out for some law and order and a working economy at any cost! And they will have their remedy ready for us. People will beg for restrictions and order, and the illuminists will be ready and willing to implement it. The handful of world bankers and their friends will run everything and the rest of us will submit. Wait! They think it's their plan...

If you are prone to be fearful, do not search the internet. It is all there for anyone who has eyes to see and ears to hear. God is bringing down Mystery Babylon, and there will be worldwide wailing. There will be suffering and hardship, tribulation and heartbreak as never before. Do you suppose God likes it this way? Does He want to see us suffering and afraid? I don't think so, but for those who are not wise, for those without understanding, there will, in any case, be fear and suffering. We learn obedience by the things that we suffer (Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered. Hebrews 5:8). And we fear because we do not really believe Him (For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7). It is because we really never did believe Him as revealed in His Word. And we don't really trust Him. Dare I say, we don't love Him? We still have fear? Something is wrong (Perfect love casts out fear. 1 John 4:18).

Think about this. Our problem is that we do not obey God's Biblical commandments, statutes and justments which were given for our good. America and the Christian Church believes they are too hard. They don't want to be "under the law." Most of the church believes they have been "set free" from the law in favor of the "leading of the Holy Spirit" (read: each man doing his own thing). But I am saying this not because I wish to judge the church, but rather I wish to judge myself. Do I myself, do we, fail to read and understand the Word? Do we really believe Him? Do we believe the law and the prophets? Do we believe all the Word? Apparently not, because we believers have not required our national (or local) leaders to maintain godly/biblical standards. We have been deaf, dumb and blind.

In Luke 16 we have all read the parable of the rich man (Judah) and Lazarus (Israel). The rich man begs Abraham to allow Lazarus to go to warn his 5 brothers lest they also come "to this place of torment." Abraham answered, v. 29, They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear them. Do you understand? That should be sufficient. We should know of Yahshua, our salvation, through knowing Moses and the Prophets (the Word they had at that time). We should know He is the Creator, the Life and the Light! It's all there! In fact, we should know most of the full plan. But, it's not enough. No, Father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent! Now, please seriously ponder Abraham's answer in this parable: If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone rises from the dead.

Now, I wouldn't dare to say that myself. But Christ said it, so it's true. This parable is actually written about Judah (who had 5 brothers by the same mother) and Israel (two separate nations after Solomon, you know). But applied to Christians today, is it possible, then, that Christian people who do not read, know or accept the law and the prophets for themselves for today, are not persuaded, that is, do not believe the Christ is entirely who the Word says He is, even though He rose from the dead? Of course. Apply it to ourselfves. Is there some of the Word I don't believe, or haven't truly appropriated into my understanding? Probably!

In John chapter 5, Jesus is speaking to and about the unbelieving Jews (admittedly, not to believers) who did have the writings of Moses and the prophets.

And the Father who sent Me, He has borne witness of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form. And you do not have His word abiding in you, for you do not believe Him whom He sent. You search the Scriptures (the law and the prophets) because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is these that bear witness of Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me, that you may have life. I do not receive glory from men; but I know you, that you do not have the love of God in yourselves. I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me; if another shall come in his own name, you will receive him (you mean like some well-known preachers and televangelists?). How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another, and you do not seek the glory that is from the one and only God? Do not think that I will accuse you before the Father; the one who accuses you is Moses, in whom you have set your hope. Now watch this: For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote of Me. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?

So, then, do most Christians, ourselves included, really believe and understand His words in the law and the prophets? And, if not, then do we fully understand Who Christ our Savior and King is, and for what purpose He is bringing His great plans and purposes to fruition?

We will post more of this within a few days. Please stay tuned.

YAHWEH OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, Part 1

Behold, the days are coming, declares Yahweh, when I shall raise up for David a righteous Branch; and He will reign as King and act wisely and do justice and righteousness in the land. In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely; and this is His name by which He will be called, Yahweh our righteousness. Jeremiah 23:5,6.

This year 2010 AD is almost certainly destined to be one remembered in our hearts and minds, and in history books, forever. We expect it will be the year in which we see God's Word fulfilled that Babylon will fall entirely. The rich are already crying out in alarm. The poor and becoming-more-poor are suffering and struggling quietly. Businesses are closing, cargo ships are standing idle. Our once great nation is falling, falling, and we have brought it upon ourselves by turning away from our God's commandments, statutes and judgments. I don't know if this is the year spoken of above by Yahweh through Jeremiah when Yahshua will reveal Himself as King, but it could be. It will be some year during the feast of Tabernacles.

We have been living in captivity to Mystery Babylon. And as we turn more from righteousness each day (His law defines righteousness), with the approval far and wide of Christian people and organized churches, into more and more bondage of this age, we will soon have only one Person to whom we can turn. Before He is through with us, we will know how lost we are, and we will KNOW we need a Savior in order to live. Recently someone explained to me that God's law would be insufficient for our nation today because it wasn't adequate for such a complex society. Oh, good grief! How far we have fallen! Dr. Howard Rand has writen in the introduction of his book, The Digest of Divine Law, "When men come to a realization that the commandments apply to individual conduct, the statutes to national administration and the judgments to the decisions rendered under both the commandments and the statutes, then there will come an understanding of the law which will lay a foundation on which to build."

By 1913 our nation, contrary to God's Law, had embarked on a course that would one day bring our nation down in judgment. That day has come. As long as the Federal Reserve is issuing "money" in a debt usury system, there will be no hope for a future of liberty for us apart from God's intervention, which His Word assures we will have in due time.

We will have much more to say about this in our next post within a few days. Please check back to continue reading.
